After studying photography and media in Rome, Italy, back in the days of film, I moved to London and took some time off to see the world, from the decadent rock scene of Hollywood's Sunset Strip to underwater photography in Bali, the Great Barrier Reef, Lanzarote and Zanzibar. I moved back to London in 2009 and started working in events, portraits, music and digital photography tours and tuition.
As a photographer, I like to maintain a straightforward, laid back approach with my clients, aiming to put them at ease and let their personality shine through for me to capture.
As a tutor, my aim is to make you fall in love with photography as much as I am, help you to see beyond the technical lingo and the many buttons to truly understand light and beauty.
Music photography is my biggest passion: I shot the likes of The Libertines, Blur, The Strokes, Metallica, Kiss, Westlife, Marilyn Manson and many more, Festivals like Reading, Download, Sonisphere, BST Hyde Park, Kendal Calling, Camden Crawl and Camden Rocks to name but a few. Some of the images are available to buy from the galleries section.
Ultimately, to me photography is about capturing beauty, in any form: colours, shapes, motion, sound, feelings, emotions, someone's soul, some place's soul. Turn them into an image to make them last forever.
